Printscreen on a Mac

When I first defected* to a Mac 3 years ago, one of the first things I missed was the printscreen button so I googled it and found out you can do it, but mr jobs didn't want to clutter up the keyboard with lots of keys.
Instead, you just need to press 3 keys at once:

Shift-Command-3
This saves the whole screen onto your desktop.
