I am in the process of putting a link to googlemaps for my properties on my website but don't actually want peeps to zoom down to street level (in the past was advised not to do that for secuirty reasons) problem is I can't see how to adjust that zoom level, no matter what I do it still goes down to street level!

Is it possible for you to put in a false address (eg the very centre of the town) so that if they do zoom right in, they won't pinpoint your property?

This is what I have done in the past, and you could say something along the lines of "approximate address" in your description.
