Neighbours

Agencies and other headaches, keys and cleaners, running costs and contracts...in short, all the things we spend so much of our time doing behind the scenes.<br>

Crystal,

They've decided to sell their letting properties. The problem for everyone is that the work necessary to convert what they thought was good enough to let for holidays to something which might possible sell on the open market is so great that the whole place looks like a builder’s yard or a council tip.

Fortunately, I have longish term tenants who are much tougher than are my neighbours. They have next to no bookings. It’s all “water off a duck’s back for me and for my guests. It’s a frustration, a problem and a worry for them.
