Can I nick your booking form?

Post by garlic »

I've actually got an enquiry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's from a French bloke and I want to send him a booking form with my reply....I've made one in English but not in French yet...It will take me eons to figure out the terminology and I want to act quick....We're also in the process of trying to landscape the garden so I'm really pushed for time. I wondered if any kind soul had one I could copy and then modify....It's a booking form not booking conditions I'm looking for............
Thanks in advance

Hi Garlic...good news! Sorry can't help with a French version. My booking form is in English, but it still got sent to clients who wanted to book from Holland, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Thanks all!
I've just replied to them...using Enids booking form...Thanks so much.....now I need an apperitif feeling so challenged by trying to write the email to accompany it...I didn't know how to say I'd hold a booking for them them so asked them to send me an email to reserve and then print and send the booking form......I really feel challenged by language and I get by fine on a day to day business...I just hope I didn't sound to stuffy or too stupid :).
I'd be really up for trying to get together a sort of list of useful enquiry reply phrases....

Hi Garlic,

I advertise with holiday rentals and they give you a whole range of suitable replies in French. Have a look on their site first but you probably have to register or something, if you have a problem then get back to me and I'll go and have a look for you.
