how am I doing?

I estimate that for 10 e.mail enquiries I get between 1 and 2 bookings. How does this compare to your response?

Could I be doing better, or is this the norm?

How well you are doing depends also on where you are - is it a crowded market-place or not - and whether these enquiries include 'dead' ones that are for dates already booked, or not.
