That's a very comprehensive list AV! This is our first year of targeting babies and toddlers and I thought there would be other bits. I can see I am only a novice at this element of letting :D

Mols - it's all about guest profile: did you not provide riding whips, shiny leather boots, spurs and strange devices consisting of numerous straps and buckles for your particular specialist market?

I forgot the pool inflatables, Mols. I supply them too, but I do get fed up of replacing them during the season because they are treated quite roughly at times and inevitably end up punctures. I probably spend a good 100€ on pool inflatables during a season. And don't get me started on bike and football punctures too, plus the rescue service I provide for stranded cyclists....

Of course, but the chains took an awful lot of buffing, the pink fluffy handcuffs stained so easily, the Iron Maiden . . . well they never cleaned the blood off properly . . . and I had to replace "50 Shades" for every new set of guests!

You strike a chord there, LV, is it me but are inflatables incredibly flimsy these days? Maybe it's just the ones available "en saison" in France, but they seem to have a design life of two weeks, tops.

I would much rather spend two or three times as much and get something which was a bit more robust, but they don't seem to exist any more.

Mols :(

There's a handy Kitchen Inventory list towards the end of the above publication. I dont agree with everything on there but I think it's a handy check list to make sure you've at least considered everything.
