I am pleased you found my question helpful. It is the last item on my to do list with a guest - at one stage I was thinking of sending handwritten notes through the mail, but international postage has just been increased. I may do so in a couple of years when I am on site.

I see where you are all coming from in regards to one month being too long, but I felt that writing immediately on their departure would be met with a "Oh for goodness sake NOW what does she want" sort of thing.....

Maybe I'll re-think.....

I get a good response when sent immediately, but occasionally I forget and no-one has ever replied to a late one!
