I guess this all goes to show why, despite our natural loathing for the small print, we do need to reflect things like over population of the property and camping on the lawn within out terms and conditions.

A thought though. If a you do end up with more guests than the population is insured to accommodate - what happens if there is a claim, either by you or your guests?
