Here's the essence of the problem:

Received phone call last night, about 10ish - NO HOT WATER!!!
This has left me completely panicked as customer is king etc etc. Never happened before!
Fuses, ok. No leaks. Immersion heater must have run out (I hope).
Turns out several baths have been lolled in and domestic appliances functioning full tilt.
Have asked forum members to pray hot water comes back by today...... :oops: :cry: :?

Deafening silence from guests in hot-water-less house. Looks like it's all sorted then. :?:
