I don't know if they are connected but it doesn't surprise me. OD needs to be rebranded as it's no longer just owners. And certainly not direct in some cases. And yes I am guilty of this myself as I advertise two properties on there for other people and manage their bookings.

An advert for Hoseasons or Hoseasons advertising properties?

If the former then just an advert, currently I can see an advert for Unicef which has changed to Virgin Media in the last moments.

When you do a search on OD at the bottom of the properties they deem suitable for you is a list of advert for all sorts of other holiday companies. Is this where you saw it?

It's just an advert. After Unicef and Virgin Media I now have one for a dental practice in Spain.

OD are owned by HA.
Hoseasons by Wyndhams.
No connection just a third-party ad.

What you need is Adblock Plus  Seriously though, I never get ads/pop-ups. Well not strictly true - I do get them on my iPad as the blocker doesn't seem to work as well on iOS.
