Having added a FB page for our let, I'm a bit curious about this new 'Impressum' field. Can anyone tell me how they handled this in the case of folks who aren't running their let through a business per se? A bit stuck on this one...

It looks to me that a lot (most?) UK owners have dealt with this by ignoring it. I'm one of them.

I don't do Facebook, but generally I think an impressum is to do with something printed (from the Latin) to state that you own or have written the content of a document.
Having made a web search, I found this quotation for you: "nolite te bastardes carborundorum" = "Don't let the bastards grind you down". I don't think it is proper Latin.
