PIMS - Use My SMTP Server

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I think I entered all the correct info for my Rocketmail (Yahoo) account but keep getting an error message "FAILED: exception 'phpmailerException' with message 'SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.' in /home/holidayg//..." Where am I messing up?

Probably better to ask this question directly via the PIMS help page.

That message usually means one of your SMTP settings is incorrect.

As far as I can tell at the moment, you have ticked the box to use your own SMTP server, but not completed and saved your email settings. Either fill in your settings and click test or untick the box.

I will go back to the help section later this afternoon - just about to go into a meeting. I thought I'd cleared all my attempted settings in order to revert to using the PIMS server but I've just attempted to email a guest and it failed to send :(
