Is it a bit much to call a guest at work?

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

I'm on subscription.

But I've not found that to be entirely true recently - it's been sending 'hospitality manager' crap out without my consent.

But yes, I doubt she'll turn up, and if she does, I'm afraid, that it's no longer my problem - I've behaved as reasonably as I can, and I'll have no embarrassment about offering the number of a few decent hotels.

Which is what caused me to delete the email addresses of all my booked guests. They will invite people to use the hospitality manager but you have to engage it to make it work. No specific information about your property is sent out via this ridiculous piece of unwanted interference mercifully.
