Scary thing is what if that base had pinned the child to the bottom of the pool when parents were not looking ....

We treat parasols as an annual expense, they rarely last the season intact, so we buy cheap, and always have a spare :?

Oh dear, mine have lasted 9 seasons. They hardly get used. It's so long since I last saw them up that I can't even remember what colour they are. I suppose I should open them to degunk them of all the spiders and earwigs before anyone gets a shock!

My better half and I were having a Parasol conversation just the other day as previous guests left feedback stating they felt we were missing one. Having seen this thread i think we'll likely hold of getting one!
