And the answer to that question is that we are private individuals -we are not really business people.

I'm sure renwaa feels good about giving away his/her own money to strangers, and its not for me to judge how she spends her money, but lets be blunt - it does set a precedent for guest expectations. [As GB has already stated above]

As stated returning clients not strangers as such. Hopefully will be in our apartment next year, that is where the human touch comes in not ROBOTS!!! Money in bank hey ho!!
