We have paid the cleaner extra but too much hassle to deduct £25 from guest just pleased they have gone.
It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....

That's understandable - you're at the sharp and hassley (sp? Is there such a word?) end. But don't forget to make a plasticine effigy and stick pins in it. :evil:
