Help again please this time my iPhone 4s with IOS 8

Have just managed to deactivate the word suggestions that run along the top of the keyboard.

How do I get it back

Bringing it back requires the opposite action: grab the handle and drag upward.

Thanks Nemo, actually managed it after several tries! I must have touched it without realising to make it disappear in the first place.
