Please confirm this reviewer stayed at your property

Hello,

Diane has submitted a review for their stay in January 2015.

Please confirm within five days whether this person was one of your guests:
1. Log in to your Holiday Lettings account
2. Visit 'Reviews' on your Home Management page
3. Confirm or deny whether they stayed
If you confirm the reviewer was a guest, their review will appear on your Holiday Lettings advert and, if you have one, your TripAdvisor listing. If you don't verify them, their review will automatically go live.

Remember, you can respond to any reviews you receive through the 'Reviews' section of your Holiday Lettings account. Our frequently asked questions have more details about reviews.

Best wishes,

The Holiday Lettings Team

It seemed pretty genuine to me at first as I did have someone called Diane stay in my apartment in January last year. I went to my dashboard to find the 'review' is not there and hovering over the bits I've highlighted in blue shows a web address of 'participation dot eu'.

The email address it appears to come from is cs-support @ es.tripadvisor dot com
Some guests just need a sympathetic pat. On the head. With a hammer.
