Info Required on Cleaners, Handymen and Managment

Any folks know what the going rate is for house cleaning?

I currently pay 60Euro a time to have a house cleaned after a visit?

Also im looking for a "handy man" contact for near the Rojales area should anything arise?

...and finally property managment in general...anyone use companies in Spain? If so who have you used and are they any good?

My fear like many other probably is, if they have your keys who knows when their renting it out?

My home is in Florida so can't help you with the cleaning side I can tell you what some owners do -they phone their home when it is supposed to be empty and some are surprised when someone answers and it isn't a cleaner or their man co.!!
