Long term discount

Post by ronsat »

Just got a request for a quote for a 6-8 week stay for next May-July, What sort of discount is normal for such a stay. Our normal rate is 600-700 euros/week, depending on the month, with a 50 euro reduction for the 2nd and subsequent weeks. So, would another 20% or so reduction be about right?
We are Canadians who love spending time in Languedoc.

I usually look at my normal revenue in precedent years for that same period and ask for a similar value.
