Property Maintenance Schedule

Post by Whatever »

I am trying to put together a month by month annual property maintenance schedule: check guttering, test smoke alarms etc. Does anyone have one that I could take a look at or know where I could find one? Google has failed me so far. Thanks.

Wouldn't a maintenance schedule be entirely specific to your requirements & property type age/construction/location/use?

I think you will have to carefully think it through and write your own.

I would have thought that such a schedule is relevant to any home, not just holiday homes. Anyway, try putting
Property Maintenance Schedule into your favourite search engine and you'll actually find some useful check lists from which you can adapt.

I particularly liked this misogynistic website called "artofmanliness.com", which offered this useful checklist
