FK/TA Blocking messages. Human intervention?

OTA = Online Travel Agency, which means those sites that sell the booking and take the payment for you.

I have recently received a couple of enquiries through HL/TA and the enquirers asked me (I think) about booking directly with me . Whatever they had asked had been redacted in the message
