Refreshed website review
Dear all, I could do with some feedback after refreshing our website (see website link button below). I've tried to give a taste of what we provide - a boutique accommodation surrounded by history. I'd really appreciate your honest opinion. Thank you for taking the time.

Aldo, what a fantastic property, and so lovingly restored.
On the rates page, there is a "click here" for more photos - but no click here button!
And that is the only "fault" I could find.
Wish Indulgence Divine had been available (and we could have afforded it then) for our honeymoon, which, yes, was in Malta.

Dogs have masters. Cats have slaves!
PW, are you sure you need to be linked in? I can still see the link buttons underneath when I log out. It doesn't need to be a honeymoon, does it? Valletta will be European Capital of Culture in 2018, the perfect excuse to stay with us.
Larry, Did you manage? Link button is below each of my postings.

Feedback
Hi Aldo
Just noticed it is a button not a link - sorry about that

Nice site !
The only two things I could comment on
Maybe add a Google maps to the location page, so people could see exactly where it is located
I know it varies by location / country but I just struggle with a cleaning fee as an add on but maybe this is me

Fab website, great pictures - yes agree that a google map link would be helpful
My only comments are a couple of abbreviations that are not clear
that on location tab it says 450yr - i think that 450 year would be a lot clearer!
On rates tab it says...ID is close to Valletta. need to put Indulgance Divine (ID) then you can use ID - but otherwise it is a bit unclear
A floor plan would I think be useful with measurements - slightly hard to grasp the layout from the pictures.
Some idea of the cost of a taxi / time taken to get back to the airport would be good.

Good website. My only comment is that I found this sentence unclear.
And I think you mean subsequent rather than consecutive.
There are 2 ways of looking at what cleaning guests are paying for - do people assume they are paying for the cleaning of the property after they have left or the cleaning of someone else's mess before they arrive?
What do you mean by the first clean? I assume that the property is clean when I arrive - so if I am staying 2 weeks, the first clean is the clean after the first week? There is a charge of GBP49 for the first clean. Consecutive cleaning is free.

Hi Newtimber,
Thank you for your entry. The cleaning fee was introduced so that we could make 3 night stays possible. In fact 7 night stays and longer get GBP50 back, which is the same amount as the cleaning fee. You'll find that several rentals separate the cleaning fee instead of incorporating it in the rate.

Hi Aldo
Your place looks fabulous and your website reflects this - beautiful photos, lovely captions and clear info. The quotations from high end magazines, etc really sell it.
Would love to visit - maybe one day we'll be able to venture away from Cyprus!
I only spotted one tiny thing to correct... a typo on 'toiletries' on your rates page.
