.com or .se

Everything to do with using your own website to advertise your rental property. Design, usability, hosting, getting listed on the search engines, optimising your site, pay-per-click, etc, etc.

Post by sylvainbg »

Hi

We have our appartment that we are renting to tourists on differents platforms (the place is in Sweden) and want to start to have our website

Should we use a .com or.se for our website? . What is the best for SEO?

I forgot to say that we will have different languages as swedish, english and french

Simple answer. If most of your guests are coming from Sweden, then .se is good, otherwise .com

Maybe this will be of help:

Maybe purchase both. Do not double up on content just have one on Permanent Redirect.
There are tricks within CSS to auto divert viewers to the right language. Personally when visiting a website I prefer that I change the language, if I want to.
Never try to out-stubborn your guests.
