As I understand it, Rustic Blue will not take on a property unless it is licensed. However certainly a selling agent's listing would be useful inc. the asking price plus details of rental history and future bookings.

As I understand the new(ish) regulations covering Andalusia everywhere you advertise you have to add your license number.
Is that correct?
Just had a quick look at few listings on Rustic Blue and could readily see a number for properties in the blurb.

Someone not far from me has just put their place onto the holiday rentals market via OD. They do not have a licence and clearly OD do not require this. I do know that Spain-Holiday will not accept a listing without a VTAR but it would appear that they, like Rustic Blue, are the exception and not the rule.
