Hope not a LMH'er

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

Hope not a LMH'er

It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....

The biggest mistake we make in life is thinking we have time.

"by an American servicewoman who claimed she wanted to rent the barn for "a quiet weekend." for her and her partner."

Really. What can you do if a traveller decides to lie through their teeth to you??

I had an Airbnb booking in our cottage/annex last year for a 1 (female) for one week. It turned out it was for her husband, her address provided was their 'old' house. He told me they were having marriage issues (they lived locally), he had no idea what she'd booked him! He was fine, other than losing the front door key! The only other issue I had was I didn't receive a review and was a little miffed at the booking actually being for someone else.
