Ha damage deposit deductions

Post by gardenboy »

More of a lurker these days but i m still here...

I just noticed ha have changed it, i used to take small deductions from the damage deduction ha took on online payments. However i just tried and it wouldnt let me so the whole damage deposit was refunded.

Searched online via ha help and it says you can submit damage deposit value, but you cannot...so its now up to goodwill of guests whether they pay me. Lesson learnt...my cost!!!!

Be warned before you hit the refund button on ha.

HA is formula driven rubbish these days. They have taken all control away from their advertisers so it's no surprise if it's all or nothing on the damage deposit.

I wouldn't let them deal with it anyway, they stick you with charges to return it and I wasn't the only person that had a problem with them mistakenly keeping my money due to issues with it!
I deal with it myself via paypal now, way easier.
