The agent I am with has been swept up by a huge group which uses reevoo. Until recently I have always been able to reply to reviews. Now I have been told that I can't reply to a review from bookings made through their site although if it's from another site I can.
I recently received a review which was very misleading and I am unable to set the record straight.
Is there anything that says I have a legal right to reply?

The booking agent I use uses reevoo and although they tell me I can't leave a reply directly myself the agent can and does leave replies for me on my behalf. Although they edit my replies before submission, which could be a good thing I don't know.
Only had to submit one response to a poor review so far which was edited by the agent. They softened my response a tad, may of been a good thing I don't know!
