Post by Sanchisimo »

We've just had this:

Dear Gary

This is a courtesy email from HomeAway Customer Support.
Your traveler called us about his refundable damage deposit, he checked out like its been a month ago, i hope you could help him with this matter.

We have been contacted by a traveler of yours.

We kindly ask that you please contact your traveler as soon as possible regarding their rental payment and upcoming booking. Their contact information is:

Traveler Name:
Phone:
Email:

We appreciate your prompt attention.

No ahem 'traveler' name given and the inevitable link at the bottom of the e-mail

Worrying that everything else looks pretty professional and has my name too.
