|I have very intersiting problem AGAIN with this fantastic new improvements on fewo direkt. I use this site for ages and this year i can not believe how much efforts they do to just lose all customers.
Do you know how we can get review from the guests?
i have entered all reservations made through homeaway and than invite them after they leave. Even i entered reservations i can not see their emails even when they leave?!
i asked customer sevice what is the problem why i can not see the emails and they told me you should ask the guest to give me email??
So through system i have somehow invited the guests to leave review. but i when i get copy of this message on my email it says that they must follow some link below to leave review. OF course i checked hundred of times there is no any link in this !!
So does anybody have similar problem?
Now after we lose most of the reservations from this web site we cna not even invite them to leave review.
