my house has bricks and mortar and contents insurance as it taken 2 years to refurbish it to holiday lets which will be complete in a couple weeks time, would I need to inform the insurance company of my intensions to let it out, I know I will need liability insurance just in case of personal accidents etc to guest.... on insurance what is needed

As always, NFU are very good for this and they include public liability insurance and cover for loss of income if you have a disaster.Casscat wrote:Yes you will.
