Hi Pauline, no, with Dad being so unwell I just can't seem to muster the enthusiasm to book any flights yet, although the early May bank holiday and beginning of July look like probables. If the weather looks kind we may pop over Feb/March, we'll see.

I haven't specifically asked that question, although just through conversation it usually comes up. For us, families like the quiet and views of being on the golf, there have been some buyers both on IC/Esuri and further afield and some who have never been to that part of Spain before, so a fair mix really. I have to confess that with the lack of the commercial centre and no sign of when they will build it, part of me feels like selling up maybe next year and returning to the luxury of a hotel and not counting towels and sheets
