Post by Charlie97 »

We have one king size bed, 2 singles and a set of bunks.

How many towels should I supply and where is recommmended I buy these from?

I'd go for 1 bath sheet per bed space - in your case that's 6. Plus 1 hand towel each, also 6. You may also want hand towels by the kitchen sink and any downstairs toilets. Note bath sheets are bigger than bath towels - we made that mistake at first and got feedback that the towels were too small!

I got my last set of towels from A&J towelling, they're very good value. Remember that you'll need at least 3 sets so that when you're busy you'll have 1 clean, 1 in use and 1 in the wash. Especially important if you're likely to have short breaks.

I've gone down the route of overkill and have, per bed space, one bath sheet, one bath towel (useful for wrapping long hair in after washing), one hand towel and one face cloth.
Faint heart never won fair holiday let...
