My doubt is how long to keep details after a booking is finished.

The main use is for repeat guests, we give them all a small discount and use old data to see ages of children, which house they stayed in, when they were here and that sort of stuff.

With 10 years and now 7 houses we just don't remember everybody who were here.

Passport and card details are deleted at checkout.
