Sykes have had my property on their site for years with (old) pictures and description but listed as "unavailable for booking" which makes it look as if it is no longer available from any source.
My previous attempts to get the listing down have failed but a live chat conversation on Friday quoting GDPR and two emails from their Data Protection officer this morning and my listing is gone
Definitely worth doing for any sites that are "cyber squatting" you.
Ex Sykes owners
Excellent post Cymraes, the positive side to GDPR.
My holiday home is listed as 'Property De-Activated' on a web site called 'AllTheRooms'. I used to list my property with Owners Direct but cancelled my subscription 12 months ago. (I wonder if there is some connection between the two?)
As a result of Cymraes post I have just emailed 'AllThe Rooms' asking them to remove my property from their site quoting my rights under GDPR. It will be interesting to see their response.

Keep your powder dry.
