There are huge changes aparently passed in Parliament.With Presidents office for approval . See this link. I think the hardest bit will be the insurance. Particularly for owners of apartments in residential blocks.

Point 5 is going to be an issue hard to overcome.

Yes every condiminium meeting is full of complainers but it is not as if it is a residential block as such. 24 out of 26 are holiday homes & the others on lease . We are in Armacao de Pera . If only half of the aL owners quit then where would the thousands of holiday makers go.
