Wasn't sure at first, now I am pretty sure it's a scam. What does the team think?

friends and families, I have discussed this with my wife and she seems
excited its will be great pleasure staying in your property my wife
and i really find it very attractive i hope we going to enjoy our stay
in your property if so we will return in December for Christmas maybe
for 5 nights or so.

The total payment will be sent to you and when we arrived we wont have
to pay any utilities bills. For the payment we will require for the
details below.

You can either send the rentals booking confirmation by email

Your payment will be issued immediately upon receipt of the request
information. Hope is cleared up and understood?

Mr English Name speaks surprisingly bad English... and Quai de Saint Antoine in Lyon is right in the centre... an unlikely location for an apartment but it is where the restaurants, etc. are... perhaps his workplace??!

...and now he's asking for six weeks with different dates. I am just ignoring him.

I’ve just filed an email in the spam box from Patrick Taylor.
Different wording on the email, but if you look into it, the email sender name if different to the email address.
