HL Terms Change

OTA = Online Travel Agency, which means those sites that sell the booking and take the payment for you.

HL Terms Change

Has anyone received a call from HL to say terms changed to balance due at 40 days and 20% deposit ?
It is better to remain quiet and have one think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt....

The biggest mistake we make in life is thinking we have time.

They put me in the "test" group earlier this year. I kicked up a huge fuss and they put it back to how I'd set it.

if you're not happy you need to raise a stink.

Not to us, but it would only be a problem if we got any bookings from them....

Yes I got that but it doesn't effect those who insist on full payment upfront. Generous cancellation terms isn't really an option for those whose market is children on school holidays...
