A question for LMhatters who have permanent recidency in Spain. According to what little I have managed to glean from internet, it seems that if we have had a certificate of permanent residence for some time, we will continue to have legal residence status for about 5 years EVEN IF IT IS NO DEAL. During that time we should apply for a TIE (targeta de residencia extranjera) and that this should be fairly straight forward.
Love to hear the views of anybody who has been permanently resident in Spain for a number of years.
No deal Brexit
