Those of you that advertise with this company will probably have seen this new amendment to their terms:

With regards to the Commission clauses in relation to In Stay Services (breakfast, bicycles, meals etc) we have changed the wording ‘at the time of booking’ to ‘prior to check-in’. This means that any additional services purchased by the guest on Booking.com after they finalised their booking process are now subject to commission.

So more commission to pay to this greedy company.

That has been there a long long time. Hence we never took requests for evening meals etc.
Have you established how will they know what the guests purchase form the property?
So many things you hate about the portal maybe time to de-list from them?
