Annual Question FESTIVE Bookings

Christmas doing well but New Year slow.

How are yours?

Got people in for a week over new year, Christmas not sold yet and I'm not particularly bothered whether it does or not. Only 3 nights empty in November, I need a bit of a break!

Both gone. Christmas is a 7 day booking, New Year 3 nights.

Both booked but later than usual.. and with price reduced.
I ask for a week minimum for Xmas and 3 days minimum for New Year.

Xmas has always been booked since I started in 2011. New Year booked every year except one however in recent years I have taken less money for New Year.

Just switched my phone back on after an overnight flight back from our own holiday and found that I got a booking last night for 16th-23rd December!
