Just got this email from them regarding a cancellation from Poland:

Dear partner,

A guest has cancelled a booking to which Forced Circumstances apply.

To protect the health of our partners and guests, we have declared Forced Circumstances as a result of official travel advice related to the Coronavirus for all properties and guests affected.

We expect you to refund any prepayment and/or waive any cancellation costs for all reservations cancelled within the Forced Circumstances period.

Booking.com will waive commission in these cases.

Kind regards,

Booking.com

I don't know if this covers all potential cancellations or just the international ones.
Had a conversation with B.com on Thursday who insisted it was my choice whether to reimburse as they agreed to the t and c's when booking. I'm am very worried about this!

I had actually decided that if it was rebooked (quite likely as it's my cheapest unit and a Fri/Sat night next week) I'd obviously refund them.

Just requested a copy of the contract... this booking was only worth £130 but so many of my bookings are with them now..
