Hi, we are planning a new kitchen for a new long thin stable block conversion and like the idea of putting the hob on the island so whoever is cooking is being still part of the social interaction and has a view over the living area and not just a wall. There also is a breakfast bar on the island, will it be a good idea or a mess of this much used feature? many thanks in advance.
