after sales service

Agencies and other headaches, keys and cleaners, running costs and contracts...in short, all the things we spend so much of our time doing behind the scenes.<br>

after sales service

Post by willemijn »

am hoping some expat house owners will be able to give their view on the following idea:
people buy a second house in a country they often do not know (I am based in Italy and can imagine in France it is different). Instead of offering house management services, I thought it would be interesting to offer 'after sales services', covering the whole process of making a home of the house one has bought and assist everything working well (from help with the building and refurbishing, to help with importing a vehicle, finding accountants that are OK and setting up a local house management service, done by Italians close by.

Many of you are in the situation where you can judge better whether you would be happy with such a service (a type of consultancy and translation service).

Looking forward to hear some ideas.
