OTA = Online Travel Agency, which means those sites that sell the booking and take the payment for you.

Ros, I've known about this for 2 years as I found it during my research into holiday rental sites.
Have you come across this on any others then

Ros, we looked at 10 rental sites and did a lengthy analysis on each - they were mainly usability studies and looking at the IA. This was the only instance we came across AND we weren't even looking for it.

GG, he's only been here 15 months and I've been using Macs for eons. I'm now using the space bar with alarming frequency all of a sudden.
It's fine when you page down so he now needs to show me how you go up
But he's asleep. Any ideas?
