I use a pop-up stopper and it keeps your photos from opening. I know that it's possible and I do play with the computer to see the photos but I don't think the average visiter will take the trouble.

This site has great photos. I contacted this guy but my site won't use the same program. But, this is a good method for our goals.

I want to return to your site and look at the Turkey part. Okay, this is late, compared other posters.

A bit late with this posting, sorry, but I think that it isn't the black text that looks stark, it's the white background. My web designer and I had numerous conversations about this, and eventually he agreed with me and changed the background colour. For me, that was a Eureka moment, as then it seemed to all hang together.

You may not agree, but it could be worth a try.

Welcome to LMH Blackduff! Good to see someone from the same area as me.

Yes, the pop up blocker and white background. I signed up to an all in one package. The template colours can't be changed and the pop up blocker is just something I'm going to have to get used to. The deal was excellent though and on the whole I'm very happy with it. Perhaps as time goes by I'll move to another package or even learn how to use Dreamweaver!

Thanks for the feedback though. I thought this thread was dead and buried!
