Feedback are welcome!
Neohiro, when I've finished with my Spanish exams on Friday I will take a look at the English on your site and try and help. But I'm too busy at the moment.
With regard to no rentals as yet, have you looked completely through the technical threads on this forum? I know there is a lot of stuff to read, but you will get some suggestions there.
There seem to be some differences of opinion amongst it all about the use of creating back links. I'm not experienced enough to know the best way, but I know that after I took Marcus' advice and started creating them, then my site started to get noticed. It may be coincidence, but it could well be worth a try.
Regards,
Pauline

Neohiro, I've just had another quick look and there's isn't much to correct. Your English is really very good.
However, on Saturday morning as promised I'll have a really good look and make some suggestions.
It looks a gorgeous place. I do like your FAQ section - in fact you've given me an idea.

To Neohiro as promised
Hi Neohiro,
I've taken a look as promised. It didn't take me long - there's hardly anything to correct, and I did look quite carefully.
Anyway, here are the few I did find:
Home page - change 'infos' to 'info' . Obviously this is short for information, which is a noun that does not have a plural form.
In the first paragraph, it would be better grammar to put an 'and' in between '.........ceilings AND terracotta floors.
I would change 'center' to 'centre' for the English market.
On the box that states what the rent includes, change 'cleaning lady which........' to 'cleaning lady WHO........'
On availability and booking you need a full stop after booking, and under 'tips', 'days' needs a capital D.
I'm not sure about links, unless they're reciprocal. Do you want to send people to Italy rentals? If you do, then change 'rantals' to 'rentals'.
I'm sure some of these were just typing errors anyway.
I noticed you've got rid of telling smokers they were welcome!
Just one point that I didn't notice before. I see you ask for the security deposit on arrival. I don't know what others think, but that seems a bit late to me. What would you do if someone turned up, having paid the rental but without the security deposit? A bit hard to turn them away, but would put you in a difficult position. I'd ask for it before if I were you. At the very least, three weeks before.
Anyway, I hope all the above makes sense.
Regards,
Pauline

From Neohiro:
Hope you get loads of bookings, and if you meet anyone who fancies Spain next year, pass them my way! And if you ever fancy exchanging mountains for sea for a week or two we might be interested.
Pauline
Don't worry about it. It really didn't take me long. Lots of people on this forum have given me great advice, so just think of it as passing it on.Very Happy What can I do to exchange this favour?

Hello Neihero
I'm late as usual, the house looks lovely but there are a couple of things that stand out to me.
On the 'further info' page, you mention that the price includes a cleaning lady 2/3 times a week, gardener and pool maintenance.
You also mention 'extras' which are utilities, extra maid service and laundry.
BUT, then on the 'booking' page, you mention under 'policies' that the security deposit covers the final clean, then, under 'other infos' you give the price of 'final clean' 150 euros.
2 things bother me, 1) this information should really be all together and not on different pages. 2) If I was renting a place I would not expect the pool maintenance and gardening to be charged to me, so don't think you need to mention that BUT having seen that the price included a maid service 2/3 times during the week I might not notice on another page that the end of stay clean was going to be charged to me.
Personally I do not like to 'see' a cleaning charge anyway, unless, like many others you have the option to clean yourself, the same with utilities, most owners include it or at the very least give a 'reasonable useage' allowance. Maybe this is normal in Italy and I'm not trying to be awkward but personally I don't like buying anything when the price quoted turns out to be something quite different with lots of 'add ons'.
Anyone else agree with me or am I being too picky.

Don't waste energy on things you can't change.

I agree with partridge. This was something I hadn't picked up. Although I do know of a few places where cleaning charges are not inclusive, and are not even mentioned until someone starts the booking process. In France we didn't know until we got to the property!
