Meeting and Greeting

From the moment they step through the door your bookings become guests, and their experiences determine whether they ever come back.

BTW - on arrival usually the 2 of us greet guests and help with bags....do you think thats overkill and we should leave it to one of us? (I've often thought it might be overkill)
I don't think so Mouse. It probably doesn't even occur to them, as the first day of a holiday is always exciting and chaotic!
I always sign off my emails with both our names, so I suppose guests (depending on arrival times) aren't suprised to see both of us at the villa when they check-in.

Sometimes we both greet - if it is the property on site and we happen to be outside when the guests arrive. Usually it is just the one of us. I've never offered to help with bags though, it didn't occur to me. Most people arrive with the car stuffed to the brim so I've always thought people would prefer to sort it out themselves.
