Charging for "Extras"

Agencies and other headaches, keys and cleaners, running costs and contracts...in short, all the things we spend so much of our time doing behind the scenes.<br>

Interesting... I hadn't considered that people might leave the place more dirty if they felt they were paying extra for the cleaning. It makes sense, though, and makes me glad we don't charge extra. :)

Little tidbits like this are why I love this forum. I feel so knowledgeable and experienced, and really everyone here should get the credit!
