what do you thinkn of this "rental contract"??

I was using a modification of it (since I don't ahave a beach or mountian poperty!), but now that I'm getting bookings :-) (!!!!!) I was wondering what you think? Things I should add? omit? etc. is it fairly "standard"? - I think it is for the American market (ha! since many wn her book)...but I want o be in line with the UK/EU market as well :-) thanks!!!!

With slight modifications here and there to suit my situation, these T&Cs and rental contract are just what I have been looking for.

I use them too, with a little tweaking and an addition re insurance.
